In order to qualify for cashback you must:

- Complete your purchase of this quote online within 45 days – you must purchase online and not over the phone.

AVAILABILITY
Cashback via Topcashback is only available to new customers and your policy must be live for at least 90 days in order to qualify for cashback.
Cashback is only available online sales made over the telephone do not qualify. Please ensure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window – without this tracking enabled we cannot track your purchase and no cashback will be paid. After clicking through to the Homeprotect website from the TopCashback link you must generate a new online quote and complete the transaction within 45 days in order for the policy to be tracked and qualify.
Retrieved quotes generated previously (eg. through a price comparison website) are not eligible for cashback. Quotes may show as tracked in your TopCashback account but Homeprotect will check the final source of the sale during the validation stage and reserves the right to refuse payment if it didn’t complete via TopCashback.
Your policy must be live for at least 90 days in order to qualify for cashback; any cancelled policies within this period will not be eligible for cashback. No cancellation fees if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase.
PAYMENT
Only one cashback payment will be awarded per UK address in a twelve month period.
All appropriate payments due to us in respect of the relevant policy must be up to date and received by us, and any Direct Debit arrangements must be supported by a valid Direct Debit Instruction. If the cashback is sent and the policy cancelled within 12 months of inception Homeprotect has the right to deduct or charge up to the full amount of cashback, in addition to any administration fees which may apply.
If you pay by monthly instalments and in the event that the cashback payment exceeds any refund due then Homeprotect reserves the right to seek payment from you to cover the cost of the cashback.
Your cashback will NOT be paid if:
- The policy has been cancelled prior to payment having been made.
- A quote is generated via TopCashback but you telephone us to complete the sale.
- If the purchase was not tracked fully through TopCashback links.
- The quote has been generated via another site such as a price comparison site or direct via Homeprotect.co.uk or via any other site or advertisement, as the sale will not be attributed to TopCashback.
Equally if you get a quote via the TopCashback link but then purchase using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback.
Homeprotect will be unable to accept cash back claims made after 8 weeks after the transaction date. Please keep your quote reference in case you need to raise a cashback claim but note that it will have to be within 8 weeks of purchasing.

What’s covered by BUILDINGS & contents insurance?

Where we replace an item, we will do our best to meet the original specification on a ‘new for old’ basis. If we can’t find an exact replacement, we’ll offer you a suitable alternative, or a full cash settlement.
